Undoubtedly. With confinement, many people have had to rethink their ways of working,starting with the place, en tele-working rather than moving to the office. That’s why, if we want to manage this development in a sustainable way and gather all the criteria to build buildings with better energy efficiency, we need to rethink the layout,the design of our cities.. The challenge is certainly a rapid development but also the creation of pleasant living spaces. It is important to design qualitative urban projects that take into account problems encountered in the city such as noise pollution, urban heat islands or improved light. And, I am convinced that new technologies will play a central role, in the coming years,to rethink our cities. The trades have also evolved with the complexity of the projects. Architects, urban planners and developers spend even more time doing calculations, it’s essential. To answer your question, I do not really know what the cities of tomorrow will look like, but it is certain that collaborative software is an essential part of the evolution of the construction industry.
